Help! UCAS not been updated yet

I didn't make my firm choice, infact I got half the required points. But I have an unconditional offer for my insurance, and I don't mind going there. Infact, I've grown to like it more. Anyway, I've been on holiday abroad for since last Friday (the day after results day) and it hadnt been updated when I left, and when I got back today, my UCAS is still not updated. It says "You have accepted an offer", but it has said that since the night before results day. I never got the "Congratulations you have been offered a place etc" message.

Do my firm uni need to reject me before I can accept my insurance, and if so, how do I let my insurance know that I want to go there? Will they know that I've been rejected from my firm?

Bearing in mind I have an unconditional offer for my insurance.
