Want to go to university in the US

I am studying Media in college in Leeds.
It would cost approx £3000 a year to go to university in the UK, but really want to go to university in America. How can I do this?

I havn't got a lot of money anyway and therefore would get a studant loan. I know nothing about any of this so would I be able to study in the US which will cost round about the same?

It's much more expensive to study in the U.S. Check out unis websites. Tuition fees are usually way >$10K a year.

It's real cheap if you can get a scholarship of some sort. I got offered one by Florida, and the costs were far less than in England

There's a few organizations that gives out scholarships, e.g. Fulbright - although they're very competitive. Private and public unis have financial aid programs. Go on the collegeboard website for more information.
