Default What should i do?

I would really like to go to Magdalen college, as if have visited a few of the colleges and that has been my favorite so far.

i want to do law, as i think jurisprudence is so interesting to learn about.

I'm currently doing as GCSE's:
english lit
english lang
maths
science x2
history
german
ict
pe
music
drama
rs
So thats 12 Gcse's

for a-level i want to do:
Economics
History
English lit
rs
and maybe maths if i can handle it.
Are these choices good for Law.
Does anyone actually go to magdalen?
Anyone do law at oxford, and would like to tell me what it's like

But i don't think my family could afford to send me to oxford. I know that they do like special funding things. But to live in oxford would cost a lot would it not? Is it worth not applying and applying for a uni closer by?

By the way i know i'm only young, i just like to plan ahead

You should enjoy your life and not worry about such things just yet! Oxford's great, Magdalen's lovely, but neither are so great as to warrant spending 2-3 years worrying about when you should be relatively care free! It's also not the be all and end all of universities... so its certainly not worth pinning all your hopes on it so early! (Though that's not to say you shouldn't dream!)

To answer your questions (that I know anything about) quickly... your GCSEs are fine - concentrate on doing well on them. Law is incredibly hard here, even the Lawyers seem to hate it at times, but overall most enjoy it. And more importantly... pretty much everywhere outside London is similar in cost (yes there's variation, but its not huge), so the only advantage to going to a close-by uni would be through living at home. If anything, Oxford is cheaper thanks to the colleges mostly being incredibly wealthy and so being able to subsidise everything in addition to offering generous bursary schemes, so don't worry about that!

I hope you do get here if that's what you want... but don't pin all your hopes on Oxford so early! There's so much more to do before then!

You're getting too far ahead of yourself. You shouldn't be thinking about universities yet (although an idea of what subject you'd like to study is fine).

Oxford won't be much more expensive than any other universities — the shorter term dates help mitigate the higher weekly costs — and any students with financial difficulties are able to receive support from the university.
