Question about jury service/duty and Anxiety OCD

Does anybody know if suffering from Social anxiety and OCD could maybe get me deferred or excused from jury duty?
Anxiety and OCD is something i had counselling and CBT a few years ago but its come back again over the last 2 years so the idea of all this makes me feel very uncomfortable

If you got a letter then presumably there are contact details. You could get someone to ring on your behalf and explain the situation. I reckon, but don't know for sure, that as long as you could get a doctor's note to say that making you do it would be harmful to your mental health you could get excused.
