area under the velocity time graph is distance. so work out the area under a given time and thats your distance at that point. can repeat for the whole graph and bob ur uncle:P

What do you mean? They are seperate graphs used for different situations. Turning one into another doesn't make sense.

If you have a velocity time graph it is possible to calculate the distance and therfore plot a distance time graph. because velocity * time = distance at any one point
You can deduce the velocity with the distant time graph (distance/time= speed-scalar, hopefully you got displacement, in which case you get velocity -vector), and then plot the velocity on a velocity time graph.
