University clothes
So not long now till everyone goes....just wondering what kind of stuff people are gonna wear for the first few days and stuff? Don't wanna be too dressed up but at the same time I don't wanna be too drabby. And please no unneccessarily negative comments from people who say I should have more pressing things on my mind at uni - I really have no time for you.

Re: University clothesI started by dressing my smart version of normal (shirts, chinos and sweater vests), but once you fall into the comfoprt of uni you will find yourself adopting a style that usually involves uni stash (predominantly hoodies) and any pair of trousers/sweats and boots/shoes that were nearest to your best when you got up, 10 mins before the lecture.(Original post by dancehallqueen08)

Re: University clothes
Be yourself. No point making an effort for the first few days and then reverting back to normality. Moving in is stressful enough as it is without needing to worry about outfits/make-up/not getting sweaty while carrying boxes around. Wear something fun but chilled out and comfortable, and let your personality do the talking.

Girls dig the chav look!
LOL jokes, but yeah just wear what you normally wear, if you make a massive effort you will look a bit of a prat!
