Oxley Residences - Recommended?

Hey people, I went on the open day yesterday, it mas my second Leeds open day and I loved it even more than the first time. It's definitely my first option.

We went and had a poke around Oxley residences too and a nice guy gave us a tour of a typical flat in Oxley even though there's some referb going on.

It seems just as fantastic as I imagined - I can't see why people don't apply for it as much. The distance doesn't seem much of a problem.

Anything bad/good I should know about it before I start applying for a place this winter?
