Well, is anybody applying for International Study or are you all going to UK Universities?
Well I also live in Pakistan ..and there are pretty awesome medical universities to study which are:
1)Agha Khan Medical University,KARACHI
2) DOW MEDICAL COLLEGE,KARACHI
3) KING EDWARD MEDICAL UNIVERSITY,LAHORE
4) ALLAMA IQBAL MEDICAL COLLEGE ,LAHORE

One of my cousin just graduated from DOW medical college and now he is going to USA for his further studies…Plus I have seen a lot of guys who are Harvard graduate which are from our country…I have seen a lot of discrimination in this thread about Pakistan…well you guys are probably obsessed watching and believing MEDIA… its certainly not what it looks like on television... you say things about our country well our student achieved the highest grades in A-Levels LETS SEE IF YOU CAN LIVE WITH THAT !!!! :wink:

Having traveled to Pakistan last summer I can say that it would be an adventure to travel there for 6 weeks, but studying in Pakistan is no adventure - student life is rather dull.

It is perfectly safe, felt safer in Lahore than I do many parts of London
