Hi and advice please
Hi guys
I have applied to study as an adult nurse and have received my medical form; about 15 years ago due to many things going wrong in my life I suffered from depression and am now ashamed to say attempted suicide; now I am very concerned about whether this will be a barrier to my being enrolled on the course, and advice would be most appreciated.

It was a long time ago, be honest with the situation- you weren't sectioned, so they may just ask some minor questions and it'll be ok 
Thank you so much for your advice, you know what its like when its you, is harder to be objective, so is much appreciated.
