MEng vs BEng + Msc

You get exactly the same amount of qualification credits for either MEng or msc. The MEng is done over a shorter time which, if you do well, shows you are a very capable student. It also keeps horizons broard and gets you closer to being chartered more quickly. It depends entirely on what you want though. If you really want to specialize then do msc. But both of them carry EQUAL credits. More importantly whichever one you do - get a good grade!!
