DIDA accepted by Medical schools?

Hi, I am going through a phase where I am worried med schools wont accept dida as its equivalent 4GCSES, please could someone who has done dida and applied shed some light on this inhabited area? I would much aprechiate it.

i did it, and got 2 offers, so i would assume yes.
actually st georges wrote to me asking for my dida certificates, so definitely yes

Oh! and which universities did you apply too that accepted it?

I have been thinking Soton, Leeds, Leicter and Keele.

I should think it would be accepted by most medical schools. The only places I would avoid are those with very stringent GCSE requirements, such as Birmingham who require a minimum of 8A* GCSEs.

Ohh yes I am staying away from them, its just I have 7GCSES only with out my DIDA if they dont accept ='( and its 4As so its quite a big chunk, its just been a big doubt in my mind, our school were so persistant on its acceptability and now hide in a cuboard with no reccolection of how they promoted it. :frown:
