is geog the crappest subject of all time?
Geography, geology, tourism and environmental science discussion, revision, exam and homework help.

if that question was directed at me then teh answer is no! what could be better than maths? its the easiest subject ever! much more so than geography, and you dont even have to work that hard for it - the logical reasoning speaks for itself(Original post by bikerx23)
well...dont you think applying to do maths is possibly the most insane thing you could ever do?
- something that'll never happen in geog - apart form some aspects of geog such as teh study of wind flow and water - i.e. fluid mechanics)
- but that is maths in the end anyhow!
so we are back where we started: Maths>geography

I think you will find geog/geol was important a long time before maths.
e.g. "what rock shall we use to build our houses"
or: "what rocks shall we use to make effective tools"
And none of the answers to these questions were involving x's y's or anything pythagorean - because he hadn't been born
if you think rationally...geog/geol is the oldest subject ever studied.
p.s. if you think maths will be easy, your in for a massive shock -
take that back! I created a new thread just for this very subject in the main forum(Original post by bikerx23)
