Hello,

As I know, the transcript does only include the grades and the module name but not the module contents. So, do I have to send further paper which include the module contents for postgraduate admission? Or how do the admission know what I have studied exactely?

A transcript generally consists of all the modules you have taken and the grades you have gained from each module.

From my experience that should be enough. I don't think universities would want to go into extra detail such as the contents studied on each module.

Unless you are applying to Oxford/Cambridge, then i am not sure if it's the same with them, but it most likely will be.
