    Easiest way between Campuses
I'm looking at heading up to the Stoke campus on Sunday from Stafford, and was wondering what the easiest way there is by public transport.

I'm guessing it's by train, but would appreciate any advice that can be given

The train means having to get the train, and then a bus (or an hour walk), so longer journey and more pricey.

The Baker Bus (its a big yellow one) goes from outside staffs uni library and goes straight to stafford campus. Its sponsered by the Uni too

The fastest way which found, is tried and tested is, train/taxi. Taking around 40 mins commute if you time it right. The X1 is also the big silver bus now i think, with the Staffs Uni logo on the side.

x1 is about 45 mins and is £3.50 for a return (used to be last year). the train takes 15-20 mins, but is a 30 min walk from halls to the station, or a painful bus ride away (traffic). i personally used to go on the bus. much easier, even if it is an extra 5 mins or so
