Entering IB on UCAS

Not sure if this should have been in the Applications and UCAS subforum, so please move if this is the wrong place.

How do you enter the IB as a qualification on ucas? Is the certification date July 2010? Also, how do I enter TOK and EE, they are options in the same drop down menu as HL and SL, but not listed as subjects in their own right, which implies that they should be entered somehow.

Do I need to list the UKCAT and BMAT as qualifications?
I put certification date as July 2010, but I wasn't 100% sure about it.

Theory of Knowledge is actually listed as a subject, and its HL/SL level would be "TOK" i guess
As for your EE, I think you pick the subject that you did it in as an additional module or whatever, and then for the level, you pick "EE"
