    NUS Extra Card, filling in application form?
    I got an application for the NUS Extra card from my sixth form today but I'm struggling a bit with the form...

    "final month/year of study" - is that the end of this academic year, or the next one (I'm in year 12 so will hopefully be at sixth form for two years)

    "course level" - do I put AS level or A level?

    and "course discipline" - what does that mean?!

    I got mine on Wednesday.
    For the year of study you write 2009/2010, course level is just A Level and course disipline ...(i forgot) haha! Isnt your tutor helping you?

    On mine (I'm in year twelve) I put AS and June '09 (June/July/August, around that date is fine, I think). Course Discipline...what are the options again? I applied online so there was a drop down menu and I picked one, you might want to check that.
