Welcome to Brunel University: where prospective and current students can discuss everything from whether the statue of Isambard Brunel looks like he's about to drop his trousers, and what it is like to live in North West London.
LOL, a fight? No, there wasn't really any fights. I was there from 12:30am and it just got a bit heated that's all. Wasn't a full scale riot or anything. People got pissed off with each other, security got annoyed with us all, and words were thrown around.
This was the queue for our dissertation (final year major coursework if you like) proposal. Thinking back, it was pretty funny. o_O

Me too, I took the eighth edition, I saw alot of the 2005 ones (not sure what edition it is).
Need to read upon what he was talking about today, I was in my own little world , hardly made any notes. I really should concentrate in lectures, I was pretty much the same in some lecture we had on monday with Sue Browne, her voice just sends you to deep sleep.
*Not good start to the year, I promised myself I wouldn't make the same mistake twice*

Same here, wasn't listening whatsoever. It was hard for me to concentrate when there was no notes, and sitting near the back of the lecture hall.
I'm only in the Financial Markets and Introduction to Financial Accounting for level one, which means less books to take home for my degree.

Alright, Same I just sat at the back with a friend but she got bored at the end of the 1st hour so just left, no idea where she went. I'm just gonna print out the course pack so that I don't have to take alot of notes tomorrow, doubt that will help. Is it 2hours long tomorrow or just an hour?, my timetable seemed to have disappeared .
