Help for writing psychology essays and longer exam questions

I really struggle with this, I don't think my English skills have ever been that good.

Is there any structure I can follow when I write psychology essays, more focusing on the longer exam questions which should be answered in continuous prose. And are marked on "ability to use good English, to organise information clearly and to use specialist vocabulary where appropriate."

I know all the information, but i'm sure I wouldn't get full marks if I just list it without good English. How does the mark scheme work?

Anyone have any advice or help please, on any exam techniques, thanks.
