So true. They basically have a 85MBPS connection that is capped at the residences.

I've seen people at the University House download files at 5MB a second. Crazy stuff.

I have seen a computer that accesses the uni network that has no cap in place, it was able to (potentially) download at 1Gb/second!

There is a cap on our computers, so we won't get the full upload, but we can upload multiple files at a time, pretty fast, without sacrificing any other speed.
