Who Is The Best And Superior In Europe?

Who is the best and superior and superpower in Euorpe. There are three Nations , ENGLISH, JERMAN or FRENCH in court, who feel and understand , We are the superior and superpower all above the nations ,who lived in Euorpe. My question is , what is the method and criteria to know , who is the best?

Neither the English nor the French nation are 'superior' to the other. The Jerman nation doesn't exist - so perhaps this is a trick question and Jerman nation is the imaginary (and superior) one?
