Default Printer reads "Floor Protect..."
 
One of our printers has suddenly begun displaying the message "Floor Protect..." and I am unable to do anything (print or access the menu). It's a dell 2330dn, just over a month old. Not had any problems with it before this. It started after a publisher document was sent to print, but the same document printed fine 5 minutes before. Have tried deleting the job from the queue but it just says error/deleting. Google has literally nothing on this error message, and neither does Dell's list of printer error messages.

Any ideas?

Managed to clear the error by deleting the print job when the printer was offline. The user changed their mind and apparently it was a different file that worked 5 minutes previously *rolls eyes*. It turns out the file that caused the problem was 38MB on one page! I'm guessing this is too large for the printer to handle, as all other files are printing fine now.
