2:1 at westminster or 2:2 at City university

I was just wondering which degree has more reputation?

I am currently studying computer systems engineering at university of westminster which is at 100th place on league table according to times and city is at 40 or 50 something.

If I get (say) 2:1, would it be more demanding then a person at city university who got 2:2 after graduation or comparing 1st class of westmister with 2:1 of city university degree. which one is better?

Please reply what you think as I am confused.
