definitely not good.
You shouldn't use the same one because there's a risk that your teeth could rip it, and if it's only a tiny hole you may not notice.
Just change it after oral to be on the safe side.

Use a new one. Not only could there be a tear beforehand, however minor, saliva weakens the condom, especially if the oral is lengthy, and could break during intercourse.

Saliva doesnt contain hiv, the only way you could get it is if you had a cut in your mouth.

As far as Im aware the only thing passed through oral would be warts and you know if you were at risk because you'd have a mouth ulcer.
