How many tablespoons = 25g

Hi, does anyone know how many tablespoons are equivalent to 25g of flour?

is it 2?

Just incase we forgot what a tablespoon looked like

Its about 2 yes, depending on the spoon
about 1...heaped
Probably depends whether it's heaped or not.

This is a good point actually.

You usually use spoons for ml, using it for grams is different. A heaped tablespoon of sugar and a heaped tablespoon of flour will be different weights.. right?

:yes: you're right...a tablespoon of sugar, for example, would weigh more than that of flour

but im pretty sure a heaped tablespoon of flour is about 25g =)

yep heaped tablespoon of flour is near enough 25g

Or level it off with the back of a knife and that's about 15g. A teaspoon leveled is 5g.

Chances are whatever you're using it for won't matter if you're a few grams out though!
