Accident/manslaughter? If you hit somebody with a car, you're still killing that person, but not, in the legal sense, murdering them.

Or are you looking for a more in-depth answer?

She was acting on TV/in a film. It wasn't a real murder.

Noone will never means she gets convicted...

Because she was the hangman / switch thrower for electric chair / firing squad personnel assisting in the administering of capital punishment?
She killed an ant?

If you put more detail in it so that there really is only one possible answer, its much better.
You used a double negative - was that intentional?

No-one will never
[-] x [-] = [+]

Therefore she does get convicted
Because the "someone" is herself - she committed suicide.
Reply 9
She gets convicted, you used a double negative.

She jumped off the top of a building.
Reply 11
Because she killed someone

As in suicide? Because that would actually make a lot of sense... the person she killed was herself.

Or do you mean she jumped off the building after the murder to avoid conviction?

Not much of a riddle then. Why were so many people watching her execute someone? Where in the world do you still get public executions (if anywhere)?

The electric Chair can be witnessed by the public, as a can a firing squad and lethal injection. In the same way the public can go and see a trial in court. Anyone is allowed, its a right.
