Newbie FAQ (New? Start here!)
The TSR Model House of Commons (TSR MHoC) is a debating forum where anyone can propose and discuss their ideas to change the law and improve the UK.
In this forum, we debate and vote on petitions which can be posted by anyone on TSR. We also debate and vote on bills and motions which are normally written by MHoC MPs and parties.
There are 7 parties in the Model House of Commons spanning the political landscape:
>TSR Conservative Party
>TSR Green Party
>TSR Labour Party
>TSR Liberal Party
>TSR Libertarian Party
>TSR Socialist Party
>TSR UK Independence Party
As in the real life House of Commons, TSR parties have MPs who vote on bills and petitions and like the real House of Commons, the number of seats each party gets is determined by TSR-wide elections, held every 6 months.
The current government is a coalition between the Conservatives, UKIP, and the Libertarians. The current opposition is a coalition between the Socialists and the Greens.
If your question is not answered above, please contact the Speaker of the House (Jarred) or the Deputy Speaker (Toronto353). It may even get added to this list.Last edited by Jarred; 1 Week Ago at 22:04.
