South East is Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey and West Sussex.

There are eight million people so not massively suprising that it has the highest number of votes at the moment.

True, but the London number is roughly what it should be so I would say the reasons for this are different. Maybe just random, more people from the SE have seen the poll, or maybe there are a higher density of TSR users in the SE.

it's about where you're from, so somebody who moved to, say, London who was born in Wales can still vote Wales.
