well generally when people say black people they dont just mean africans or carribeans - black is a term for someone who is not white (Racially of course). the way we use the words "white" and "black" in britain is akin to the way we use the words "native" and "foreign" where white is native and black is foreign. as you can see asians are foreign so we fall into the "black category" :yep:
