japan: no the women are not all school girls waiting to **** you and the men are not ninjas. if you're white they won't even talk to you.
spain: you're probably thinking of that holiday in ibiza right. the rest of the country is not beaches and clubs, it's a dump on par with third world countries.
italy: another dump, the south is pretty much like africa and not full of amazing food and hot girls.
netherlands: just buy an ounce and smoke it here don't waste your money and time.
england: butlers serving you tea? more like chavs breaking your windows.
somalia: yes anarchy and pirates are cool, for about 10 minutes.
sweden: yawn.
uae: the photos look good but it's boring as ****.
Well I've been to 3 countries on your list, and I disagree with them all (Spain, Netherlands and here) But I have heard good things about Germany.
And why is Japan overrated simply because they wouldnt have sex with you? And Spain isnt on par with a third world country, its quite nice. Likewise not all third world countries are 'dumps' Laos is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to.
Depends what you from a holiday I guess....I would love to go to Rome...and England is spectacular! you should visit the national parks! some parts of London are very very nice.
I was expecting France to be on the overrated list. I'd at least put Paris, nice city but the people there are complete dickheads.
Underrated:
Syria: it's a wonderful country with the nicest people you could ever meet. Some may try to rip you off, but if you need help, they're the best. The culture is absolutely amazing and the landscape is breathtaking (no, it's not only sand, haha)
French Polynesia/Guadeloupe: Not very well-known at all, but it's warm, there's no clouds in the sky, the temperature is ideal, the sea is light blue and there are tons of fish that are all really pretty. The food is immense and the people there are lovely.
Finland: May be a tad expensive, but it's the perfect place if you want peaceful holidays or that you love nature. It's great to see reindeers crossing roads, tiny red wooden houses amongst the trees and having a really warm sauna before swimming in a cool lake is awesome.
Russia: Overrated about people hotness, they're like everywhere else, some are hot, some really aren't and their sense of fashion is not something that's usually associated with classy women in Europe. Other than that Moscow is really pretty, the language is amazing and people are fantastic once you get to know them.
Overrated:
France- Too many dickheads like somebody mentioned earlier, I didn't enjoy the people in Paris.
England- Its a pile of **** full of crime and chavs but constantly foreigners praise it.
Japan- Anime and Manga adds like 50% to its awesomeness, besides the technology. And Anime and Manga itself is overrated due to the huge influx of ''DessU's'', too much..........
Underrated:
Netherlands- I lived there 12 years, I enjoyed it, its better than the UK because you can actually bike safely and it has a much more better feel to it, with street football being played in every corner, awesome.
Germany- It was ok when I went there but people so look down on it because of Hitler. I agree with the OP in that prespect.
Overrated:
France- Too many dickheads like somebody mentioned earlier, I didn't enjoy the people in Paris.
Yeah, although I would only restrict it to Paris, and it's a shame people don't go to other bits than the full-of-dickheads ones like South or Paris. The rest of France is rather lovely if you don't go where the English people already are.
I suppose we can only we authorities on countries we have been to, but I have to say hong kong (part of china now i know) is probably underrated, the city looks ten times more advanced than its imperial boss great britain and apparently it has the highest average iq.
Usa really is that good
Spain tourist areas are boring, samey and dull
England is terrible, and primitive in the developed world compared to germany, 50% people are aggressive, horrible and loud
