Obv I don't mean just on their own as a full workout, but specifically for abs.

Neither you would be better off doing HIIT training + Compound lifts + good diet

A power clean can be more muscled up, a snatch cannot.

Crossover will be similar I belive to be fair

Also snatch makes me happy

Thanks for the reply, which compound lifts in particular work the core the most? So that I can focus more on them in my workout?

Front squats
Overhead squats
Box squats
Pause squats
Overhead press - any standing variety
Any deadlift varient

Shoulder injuries, more specifically, those of the rotator cuff or AC joint, have you had many before? How did you deal with them, if any at all.
