I know its like the polar bear in lost :/ they never properly explained that. I reckon they can string out the plot until the studio goes bust, but the show should have been a movie really.

From the first episode I watched I wondered where they could take it, other than revealing who caused the blackout etc. I just don't see how they can really make this stretch over an entire series or more I suppose they have something planned out.
I thought the kangaroo was odd, too. I'm assuming it'll come back later and have some relevance, like the Polar Bear in Lost

If the Studio (ABC Studios) goes bust then ABC are screwed (and TV will lost Desparate Housewives, Scrubs, V, Lost and Grey's Anatomy). Ratings seem to have levelled off at about 9 million, so it is strong enough to get renewed until next season, but after that I don't think it will survive.

I tried to like it, but after the second episode i just couldn't force myself to watch it. I liked John Cho's character though. The main guy's daughter was really annoying.
I'll just stick to Heroes i guess. Can't wait for season 4!

Well its made by the same people as Lost i think and i've always thought the random animal thing can get them out of sticky situations and they can make something up with it and call it a tad abstract!

I'm the same, watched two and was already bored. I can't see where it's going at all. I had higher hopes for it, since I like Lost and Fringe... but oh well.
Heroes S4 has been good so far, much better than the last season or two. They've really tightened up the storylines and cut it down to, in my opinion, just about the right number of characters. None of them are "pointless" anymore and all have good storylines. Except Claire obviously - she'll always be pointless. Robert Knepper is also really brilliant as the new villain.

It's suppose to be like 7 seasons long :p
I think it's all right. I can't believe Lost is ending though It's nostalgic when you find old characters or random guests that star in Flashforward. Charlie! <333
Then again with Lost you kinda thought 'Okay they're going to be rescued...how else can it be lengthened?" but it worked out. Even though in reality you think how much longer can they be 'lost'.

Yes but as weird as Lost has been, and as much as everyone's thought "where is this going??", and as confusing as it's been at times... it's never failed to entertain me. Even when I had no clue what was going on, I wanted to re-watch it so that I might understand. I always wanted to see where it was going, and still do... and each episode was stand-alone entertaining.
Flashforward, on the other hand, lost me on episode 2. I was bored. Not a good sign really. I mean you expect one or two "slow" episodes as a TV show goes on, and you forgive them, but not so early on. A new show needs to be really gripping for at least 5 episodes or you'll lose people before they start to grow fond of the characters (which is what will keep people watching later if there's a slow episode or two).

What!!! It's started? not in the UK right. And OMG @Robert Knepper, i had to google him and i remember he was beyond awesome in prison break (one of the best characters, his acting gave me chills). Seriously can't wait now.

No, not in the UK . I'm in the UK but download, the US is up to episode 8 (though I've not seen the latest one). No idea when it's back on the BBC... next January last I heard.
I liked him in Prison Break too, and I'm even tempted to say he's better in Heroes. He plays the character perfectly, an excellent bit of casting. Though the character might even have been written with him in mind, I don't know.

i like this programme but i missed the last episode and the one before that was pretty boring so I cant see myself watching this through to the end.
I heard they cancelled Dirty Sexy Money in the US so i take it that theres gonna be no series 3 here. I thought that programme was so good, all through series 1 and 2 and i really wanted to see what was gonna happen next.
