Default boyfriend spent night in another girls room

OK so we're at different unis, both have good mates there etc, However he went out for a friends birthday last week and yes they all got very drunk, he text me telling me he was looking after a variety of girls...fine i'm not really the jealous type.

However the next morning we had a long text conversation, i asked if he had a good night, hangover etc...what time he got home. He told me "i dunno what time i got home, was quite late, after the others."

Soooo then we were talking on the phone tonight and he all of a sudden let slip something about stopping somewhere else that night, turns out it was another girls, he claims it was on the floor.... and he only did it cos she was drunk and puking everywhere. Although I don't really know what to think. If it was that innocent why didn't he just say it. Another thing is it was quite a random girl someone he "barely knows" I think this makes it worse to be honest...

I don't know what I want from this...i was just wandering what others thought/would do.

Well you've got to decide whether to believe him and if you do, stay with him, if not, don't stay with him. And if you decide to let him off, just keep your goddamn eyes on him and never leave his side for a second or let him go to parties on his own.

If he insists he slept on the floor and it was because she was puking, that is believable. I find it quite worrying when friends are puking/passing out so I do my best to look after them.

If he had slept with her then I don't think he would have mentioned even entering her room in the first place.

Maybe you should give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

Maybe he knew if you were to find out you would start some thread on some website asking for the advice of strangers instead of going and talking to him

Easier said then done with a 150mile distance between the 2 of us! and i find things like this don't really seem to get resovled over the phone, it's something that needs to be done face to face.

Just because he didn't mention it doesn't make him guilty. He probably just forgot, like you do when you get wasted.

It's your call if you wanna believe him or not. Just don't get too investigative; you might piss him off instead and he will give up trying to convince you.

It's hard, he went and had one wild night and sometimes you dont know what you're doing when your drunk, if you think its innocent let the matter drop. If not, delve deeper but prepared to accept the consequences.
