I've seen some people with loads of reputation just being mean and rude to everyone and saying they'll neg them just for the sake of it.

Conversely I've seem some people with load of rep giving a new person 4 gems to 'help them out'.

Generally, do you rep or neg people more, or do you just not bother doing either?

Never used to neg at all. Now, I would say about 1/5 of the time - never for the sake of it though. You have to be acting like a bit of a dick, usually in H&R, attacking mods without good reason, generally being nasty with no apparent provocation etc.

If you could give out 5 a day or something I'd probably use it more, but as it is I'll only be using it positively on people who make an amazing post.

I wouldn't neg for having a different opinion or something like that. General nastiness etc warants a neg from me.

I don't neg at all, if I disagree with someone I abuse them and then forget it ever happened. I don't really rep people either 'cause it's a total waste of time.

I love negging offensive posts, but I rarely give out positive reputation since I rarely receive any. I'd never neg for a difference in opinion however.

I've never negged someone yet but there are times where I have wanted to lol. I've only repped about 2 people. I don't do either often.
I was repped twice but they didn't give their names!! How can I thank them?
I also got negged for being immoral and unreligious because I am a pescatarian from choice and I don't follow a religion lol . Didn't make any sense at all lol. Still don't get why they said that. I don't think they even read my post? They didnt give their name either so I can't ask them about it.
