I'm sorry but had he not "won the war", we'd be living in a Nazi world. Churchill did something Chamberlain could never have done, and without him there's no way the UK could've won the Battle of Britain. Fair enough the vast majority of his policies were questionable, but he kept us up, and for that reason alone he was one of the best PM's of the 20th century, there's no doubt about it.
