The first from a purely one-sided perspective. I suppose in the latter case it depends how the person acts - if you have a high guilt reflex and you know they're in a total state about you then it's going to be pretty distressing. However It's a ***** few hours if you have to reject someone who really loves you, but it's more than a ***** few hours for the other person, it can be weeks months or years for them. The experience I've had of one-sided infatuation is that it's a pretty epically bad feeling and pretty much surpasses feeling guilty about stuff by a long way.
