Elly Jackson has really got the image, the voice, and the lyrics are truly out of this world. How does someone caterwauling about a 'sweet child' of their's compare with a woman who has faced trials and tribulations from an ex of their's, and is now bulletproof to their advances? It doesn't.

Kind of a weird comparison to make

I'm not a fan of G&R at all but I really hate La Roux. She can't sing at all and I've read interviews with her where she comes off as a total spoilt brat. And as for image, I think her hair is ridiculous and she just looks like a typical 'cool' musician type.

La Roux's singer can't sing live to save her life. Admittedly Axel isn't the worlds greatest singer but at least he puts a shed load of effort into the performance and gets the energy flowing. La Roux are the most boring static stationary performers I've ever had the displeasure of seeing live.

You'd get a better live show from La Roux by playing the album on some headphones and watching a load of mannequins in a shop window.

I'm no big fan of Guns and Roses, but La Roux? Jesus God no. At least GnR have a couple of classics that I can appreciate (like November Rain: I don't care how cheesy it is, I love it), La Roux are just consistently terrible. Plus the things Elly Jackson said are just... urg. Plus I've been told they're rubbish live. They just don't compare at all.

La roux is good but Guns n roses are better. from the little i've heard from them (im no big fan)is still excellent.
Just listen to november rain or Don't cry.

Axl's(even though he's a bit of a knob) vocals are far better than la roux
