i just wanted to ask, whether the high school certificate would mean anything after one obtains his/her Bachelor degree, i mean would it be of importance or no?? and wud it ever be really required, like u wudn't be a given a job, or sumthing like that without it............

It would be unimportant. Once you have your medical degree, you aren't going to get turned down for a job due to which high school you attended.

No. The ability to spell is much more important.

I doubt you'd ever need them again, but if you ever left medicine and wanted to get a different job or go to uni to study something else, they may well ask for evidence of all your qualifications. I would definitely keep hold of GCSE/A-level certs somewhere safe.
