Anyone applying to Lampeter this time?

And does anyone have any idea how quickly they get back to you?

I'm applying for Lampeter (for History) but I don't know how quickly they get back to you. I've looked on their website and as far as I could see I doesn't say.

Im applying for Lampeter, went to the summer school there this summer, im applying for anthropology
I applied for my UCAS last week and got a reply yesterday saying that they had got my application.

Yes I've applied there but no news yet!! Which is annoying as its my first choice!!I'm going to study English with creative writing

I'm in my third year doing Media Production at Lampeter. Lampeter was the only one of my 5 choices who actually called me up personally, but they are going through changes at the moment having merged with Trinity College Carmarthen. The new institution will be called Trinity Saint David, which is dangerously close to STD, but each campus will hopefully retain their identity. Admissions can be contacted at admissions@lamp.ac.uk if you want more information, or you could find your department at lamp.ac.uk and give them a call.

hi im thinking of applying to lampeter and was wondering what its like. I have no chance of visiting before getting an offer since I live in north yorkshire and rely on public transport. but as a student what do you think?

I got an offer this evening! I applied for History and they want 240 points and a C in History. It took just over a month for them to get back to me

Thank you and no I don't mind you asking. My predicted grades are AAB (A in History).

I also got an offer today; they wanted 240 points off me and a B in English
YAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!! It took them three weeks to get back to me, so don't worry about them getting back to you, they were quite quick

Also, for anybody in Wales, they asked for a Pass in the Welsh Baccalaureate

This is torture. I already have my A2 results (am retaking 2 modules). Do they send out acknowledgements?I hope they offer me a place.

Yes they do send out acknowledgements (I received mine 2 weeks after sending my application to UCAS).
