QMUL Interview/ Exam clash

Heya,

First of all I don't know if this is the right place to put it, but I couldn't think of anywhere else.....

I've just received an invitation to an interview at QMUL on the 20th of Jan 2010, but I have a history exam then. Obviously I have to sit the exam, (I'm trying to gain 2 marks to push me into an A.)

What's the best way to deal with this situation. Should I phone, e-mail, write to explain? Will they get a bad impression of me if I have to reschedule?

I'm really desperate to get into QMUL because it's my first choice and I'm really worried this will ruin everything......

They won't get a bad impression - they'll understand. Read your letter again to see if they tell you how to reply, and if not, call them and explain

I'm sure they'll understand, just give them a call and let them know in plenty of time.
