hi just a quick question. in
wikipedia and most of the other sources i found on the internet ranked british universities in the following order
oxford
cambridge
lse
st adrews
durham
.
.
ucl
.
kings college of london

so i thought durham was better (or had a beter reputation) than ucl or kings
but i was shocked to find the QS world rankings where it ranked kings and ucl way higher than durham.
i just wanna know what you guys think.
hows the general reputation in the UK?

Just getting curious now, but i keep seeing ppl in this thread reference how many applicants various unis get, how many places, etc. Is there somewhere to get this kind of data? And likewise, something similar fr conservatoires and the like?
