    Saturday:

    Came 2nd in a local competition.

    WOD 1:
    10m to find max weight in the following complex: 3 deadlifts, 3 hang clean, 3 shoulder to overhead = 112.5kg

    WOD 2:
    'Helen' 3 rounds for time; 400m run, 21 KB swing with 24kg, 12 pull ups = 8:04

    WOD 3:
    90s per station for max reps/distance, 30s to change = 124 double unders, 12m handstand walk, 120m farmers carry with 2x30kg DB's, 28 points on bar muscle up/chest to bar pull ups (bar muscle up = 3 points, CTB = 1 point)

    WOD 4 I had to stop half way as I was cramping literally everywhere, but I'd already secured 2nd

    Sunday OFF

    Monday: 30m spin class

    Back squat: 152.5kg 10x3 (missed 1 rep on set 7)
    Snatch pull: 107.5kg 3x4
    Snatch deadlift: 105kg 3x5
    Push press: 80kg 5x5

    2 rounds (3m rest between rounds)
    5 hang clean @ 80kg
    100yard sprint
    10 push press @ 60kg
    80yard sprint
    20 Russian swings @ 32kg
    60yard sprint
    30 DB snatch @ 20kg
    20yard sprint

    Total time = 12min, 9min without rest
