I'm constantly training 3-4 times a week. Atm i'm increasing cardio, but still lifting.
Because everything is all over the place i'm just maintaining when it comes to weights.
Hitting **** hard from JULY. bring it. -

4 years on...how's it been?
I dont think ive made as much progress as I could have, but i've had fun along the way and am now a hell of a lot stronger than then, especially in the deadlift.
Need to work on my squat/bench -

All over the place atm! Tbh its probably gonna be pretty sporadic and not properly logged training for a couple of weeks whilst I move into my new place!
May give some crossfit sessions a go too x -

Bent Row: 80 x,8,8,8.
Pull Ups: BW x 7,6,6.
Facepulls: 31.25 x 8,8,8.
Lat Pull Down: 100 x 8,8,8.
SO glad to get the clean, especially after 2 fails. Defo a PB.

Posting this at my girlfriends.
Training is going well, combining strength work with some conditoning/crossfit shizzle.
Recent stuff worth noting:
Bench: 110 x 3
Clean: (3 reps every minute on the minute for 10 mins...) 60, 60, 60, 60, 60, 70, 70, 80, 90, 95.
Very pleased to get 95 x 3 after doing all that!
Deadlift: 242.5 x 1, did get 245 about 2 inches off the ground but couldent budge more.
More updates when i get internet in 1/2 weeks xxx -

Combining my pure strength lifts with more crossfit and oly lifting for conditioning, loving it so far.
Last two weeks notable lifts:
Snatch: 75 x 1
Strict Press: 70 x 4
Push Jerk: 105 x 1
Squat: 135 x 3, 140 x 1
Deadlift: 230 x 1
Bench: 110 x 1
'Grace': 2:50
All good except squat, a bit annoyed with this as I thought I had more in the tank. -

Deadlift crazy high compared to squat, I did 140x1 last week and can only manage 170 dead at the moment!
I am in a mess atm bench outperforms squat. lolwut -

AM Crossfit session:
A) Ring Dips: BW x 5,5,5.
B) 7 min timecap: Row 1000m, in remaining time complete as many Wall Balls as possible. (every time you rest for longer than 5 seconds, drop the ball or no rep you must perform 5 burpees before you continue the wall balls! score is number of wall balls). I managed 55 wall balls @ 10kg, 10 feet target.
PM Gym session:
Bench: 100 x 5,4,3.
Incline x 2 sets.
Pull ups x 3 sets.
Seated row x 3 sets.
Abs x some.

Working in a gym means I can normally sneak in a 40min session at the end of my shift when the gym is quiet... Just fancied doing some random hypertrophy work at the end of the day, didnt really log the session apart from bench. -
