Passed AS Failed A2

hi, im filling in my ucas form, ready to send in tonight. but i have a question. I left school a while ago, got married had children etc, and am applying by myself as a mature student. I was the first year to do the as/a2 exams and none of us- students or teachers had much idea about how the qualifications worked.
My problem is this:
i passed Psychology at AS level and failed it at A2.
on the ucas form do i count as having an AS in psychology or did failing the A2 destroy the grade completely?

Well, on my UCAS, I put my grade in for AS Law but have now dropped it for A2 so if you got a U for A2, I guess you could just put in your AS grade.

If you got anythng other than a U, you have to declare it, no matter how crap the grade.

I got a U in the A2, and a D is the AS.... do i declare the AS? Im not worried about bad grades- they're all points arent they? lol, and i have other far better grades! Thanks ooh la la, thats what i thought? is anyone else sure that this is the case?

You declare the D grade at AS - you still have that, despite failing the A2.
