Applying to LSA grad programs as an international student-GPA question
LSE specifies that they require a minimum 3.5 GPA from students applying from the US. I just wanted to know if anyone here knows how strict this rule is. A little bit about my situation.
I graduated from a top 3 US university with a degree in History.
3.37 GPA overall
3.55 in History
4.0 in the two IR classes I took
Lower overall GPA is due to low grades in Chinese language courses. I am currently living and working in China and consider myself to have advanced level Mandarin.
I am looking to apply to some of their IR programs.
Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
