unprofessionalism at work

anyone ever come across this either in their work or when people have been doing work for them? examples/stories please

my example

the people doing work on our flat broke the small toilet flush (theres two toilet flushes one main flush and another if you arnt flushing paper) the painter took the top off the toilet when he was painting and when it went back on the small flush was broke so we told them 7 weeks ago that it needed fixing, they said they would order the part, fair enough we thought

so yesterday the guy came to fix it, he didnt have the part apparently its 'hard to get' yeah cause its not the same one they used for all of the toilets so anyway he 'fixed' it in a makeshift way (basically he took the big flush off and put the small flush on)

so we phoned up to complain about him

fast forward to this morning and theres a knock on the door and we hear him shouting 'wake up ********'

thats not the only unprofessional thing these people have done, they shout things to each other mess around, they have dont graffiti all over the lifts, its one thing having a laugh and a bit banter at work another thing when you start being unprofessional, even one of their own sparkies said they need to be professional
