Transfer from Bristol to UCL - Mathematics

Hi

My friend got AABB, 4 UMS marks away from full marks in Maths, 8 UMS marks away from full marks in Further Maths.
She got B in Economics (1 off an A) and B in physics (10 off an A).

She currently is a top performer for her maths degree (as you would suspect from her A level maths grades), she wants to transfer to UCL...
Is that even possible???

Her GCSE'S were 3A*'s the rest A's and 1 C. She did her GCSE maths 1 year early.
