Help with flowers ordered for christmas
Hi, I hope someone will be able to help me out as I have approximately zero knowledge when it comes to flowers

Basically two weeks ago I ordered some flowers from Interflora; Delivery date was today with Royal Mail (filled me with dread) however luckily they came this morning not with Royal Fail thank god…. The only problem is the flowers don’t seem to have blossomed, they seem to have all ‘retracted’ if you know what I mean… they just look like buds and to be honest it looks horrid… cant give my mom that for crimbo

Does anyone know what I can do to get the flowers to blossom again? i.e. look nice

Is it due to the cold? should I put them next to a heater?

This was the flowers if its any help http://www.interflora.co.uk/catalog/...ory_id=2125451
