For a start, where do you draw the line? Some completely arbitrary BMI or weight figure?

Each person has a different healthy weight based on their metabolism, height and build.

Then they shouldn't have kids tbh. You could also say 'some parents dont have the time, motivation or money to look after their kids so leave them home alone or don't get them to go to school' doesnt make it ok...

Obviously it depeands on the age too though.

EDIT: The money thing is an odd issue, but I think it is something you can buy if you budget properly and not really an excuse.

Unfortunately it's not as easy as just saying "well they shouldn't have kids then" because a child can be conceived by accident. Furthermore they may not believe in either abortion, or giving away the child for adoption.
