Please keep anon. I'm a guy aged 25. No idea why but last night I wet the bed. So embarassed, have no idea why it happened. I haven't done that for 20 years lol. I drink quite a bit of water in the couple of hours before I go to bed but this has never happened. Also just went to the toilet and had quite epic diorrhea (sp?).

I don't want to go to bed tonight! Help!
It's np, was on a weight cut (super hydration phase) a few years back, needed a piss, couldn't be bothered to get up. I had a dream of taking a piss, next thing I woke up and pissed the bed.

Bad times.
