Full football match. Quite tiring, but I was outpacing the defence despite being in trainers(not studs), which was nice. Scored one too. Went for a swim afterwards for a relax, did a few lengths of racing, but not much else.
1st two sets were hardish, with a lot of goodmorning-ing. Last set was fast and pretty easy, need to sort out form overall a bit though. OHP was alright, shouldn't stall next time, hopefully not till 50kg, when I do will swop to 5*3. Deadlift alright, but felt heavyish. Chins just weren't going, given I was tired and ill, I think that's alright for now.
Squats tough on the lower back again, need to check on form still. Bench felt tough, but I thought that last time too. Rows easy. Cleans tough, definitely doing them wrong though. Won't manage all the sets at 60kg with form as it is.
Squats were hard-ish, but my legs were nailed from yesterday. Second set seemed really easy though. OHP tough, but no danger of failing at all, even slightly paused. Deadlift quite hard, though I had taken a blister off my hand earlier, so was lifting with a pad of paper over my left hand. Will probably do 2.5kg jumps on it for now to keep linear progression going. Chins just weren't going at 10kg. Having trouble getting the dumbells to stay between my legs, as well as finding them hard, either due to harder workout, or more weight.
Squats were odd, some hard, some very easy. Bench tough, partly cos I have to roll the weight up me to bench it, partly I think because technique is poor(definitely should be easier given OHP I think). Rows easy enough, dips still easy(feet on a bench style still).
Everything was barefoot today, cos I'd gone to the gym in slippers. Squats were pretty easy. Last set of OHP was paused, and almost failed last rep, but I'd bashed my elbow today, so not too bad. Deadlift quite hard, definitely need to start using chalk. Chins I took only BW in order to try and be stricter-still swinging a little bit at the end of sets. Think I'm almost as strong as I've ever been, but probably significantly leaner(no idea on weight, but I pretty much have abs!)
